Application: How do I know if I need an exam before applying?

The best way of knowing whether you're required to take an exam before applying is by following the next steps: 

  1. Go to the location page of your state of interest.

  2. Go to the "Educator Preparation Program Admissions Requirements"

  3. Select the program you're interested in.

  4. Read the information that is available. 

For additional information, you may also read the transition point that is available for your program.
