When will transcripts show my final grades and program completion or degree-conferral status?
Congratulations on completing your Relay program. Several activities will need to be completed to process your end-of-term grades, degree conferrals, and/or program completion. This includes ensuring you have met all academic, program, and financial requirements, and that your student records are updated accordingly. Although the anticipated conferral date may have passed, Relay is still processing the end-of-term activities in order to confirm your program completion and issue your degree-conferral documents like official degree-conferred transcripts and diplomas.
You will see your final term’s grades reflected on transcripts between 4-12 weeks after the end of the term. All Class of 2024 students will receive program completion emails the week of June 20th, 2024
How will I know that my program completion has been finalized?
When we have confirmed that you have successfully completed your program, you will receive an email notifying you of your program completion and information on requesting an official degree-conferred transcript. If you are in a degree-seeking program, you will also receive directions to access your eDiploma in a subsequent email. While waiting for your program completion to be processed, you may request an enrollment verification letter indicating your anticipated program completion.
Please note:
- Transcript requests submitted before you have received your notification of program completion will not show the most accurate information. You will have to request a new transcript.
- Some grades may appear on Canvas before a degree-conferred transcript is available.
- If you want documentation about your program completion ahead of your campus date below, please submit an enrollment verification letter request. The Registrar’s Office is happy to provide you with a letter for your use.
- As a reminder, students with any holds on their account must resolve their holds before receiving official proof of program completion, including e-diploma.
However, students can still request a transcript or an enrollment verification letter
while paying off any outstanding balances.
