The My Academics section includes access to Registration, prior to the start of a new term, your Unofficial Transcript, Degree Audit, Your Class Schedule, a GPA calculator, My Grades, and a link to your RelayCourses (Canvas) account. A description of each is below.

Registration

This tool will allow you to register into courses for an upcoming term.  You will be allowed to register and unregister for course sections during the designated registration window.  Prior to registration, you will use the Course Catalog along with discussions with your advisor to plan your schedule.  For the best registration experience, please be sure to thoroughly review the self-registration guide for step-by-step instructions and your registration availability dates as well as discuss your schedule with your Advisor.

Unofficial Transcript

This tool will allow you to generate a copy of your Unofficial Transcript at will.  If you would like an official copy of your transcript, please submit the Transcript Request Form to the Registrar’s Office. It can take anywhere from three to six weeks for your request to be processed.  Any transcript questions can be directed to [email protected].

Degree Audit

This tool has three major functions.  The first is to provide you with detailed information on your academic progress towards the program you are enrolled in, including courses required and credits earned.  The second function is to provide you with the ability to self-select a flex/elective course that you wish to take in a future term.  By adding one of the courses from your flex pool, you will be able to register for that course in future terms where it is offered.  The third major function of Degree Audit, is to provide you with the ability to compare your current academic progress against a different, hypothetical degree.  If you are interested in changing programs, this allows you to see how your credits and completed courses would translate into a different degree.  If the hypothetical degree interests you, you can reach out to your advisor via [email protected] with the Program information you are interested in.

Your Class Schedule

This feature allows you to view your current class schedule.  This includes the ability to view course specific information such as a course description, section, credits, meeting schedule, and instructor information.  You also have the ability to download your schedule either as a PDF, or event.ics that can be imported into your personal calendar management tool.  ALL course section schedules are in Central Time (CT) Please use a Time Zone Converter to help confirm class schedules using different time zones or reach out to your advisor at [email protected] for support.

GPA Calculator

The GPA Calculator will allow you to estimate your current term cumulative grade point average (GPA) for your registered courses. This tool allows you to calculate a 'what if' GPA based on your expected grades. This tool does not edit or change your data in any way.

My Grades

My Grades will display your Final canvas course grades for any registered courses once you receive your Student Academic Progress email for the term. These Final Grades are calculated into your Relay GPA and count towards your credits earned for your specific program. Please note you should continue to reference your Canvas courses for ‘in-progress’ course grades and assignment feedback during the active term. Final grades will only appear on My Relay Portal once Student Academic Progress has been sent.  If you believe any of the grade information to be incorrect please reach out to [email protected].

RelayCourses (Canvas)

Here, you will find a link to access Canvas, your learning management system (LMS). Canvas is where you will view your registered courses for the term, access and engage in course materials with your professor, and track your attendance in each course.
