I forgot my Microsoft 365 password

1. Go to your Microsoft 365 sign-in page.
2. Under Sign-In, select the password link.
3. Enter your email address and select Continue.
4. Choose an account and select Send Email. 
5. Open the email and select Reset Your Password.
6. Enter a New password and Confirm password, and then select Submit.

Change your Microsoft 365 for Business password to keep your account secure.

1. Sign in to office.com/signin with your work or school account.
2. Go to Settings > Password.
3. Enter your old password.
4. Create a new password and confirm it.
5. Select Submit to finish and change your password.
