Students previously admitted to and enrolled at Relay but who took a leave of absence or withdrew can submit the re-enrollment/transfer application to Relay, which opens in late spring.  The application may be submitted two months prior to the start of the requested reentrance term and no later than the dates listed below:

• Summer 2024 - 5/28/24
• Fall 2024 - 8/12/24
• Spring 2025 - 1/6/25

Students who are currently enrolled and wish to transfer programs can submit the re-enrollment/transfer application to Relay, which opens in late spring. The application may be submitted two months prior to the start of the requested reentrance term and no later than the requested reentrance term start date. 

Newly admitted students who wish to transfer programs can submit the re-enrollment/transfer application to Relay, which opens in late spring. The application may be submitted two months prior to the start of the requested reentrance term and no later than the requested reentrance term census date.
