The US Department of Education (ED) provided clarification about the temporary federal aid pause. The department confirmed that no grants or loans would be paused or delayed. At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. The spring term disbursement is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025. You can read the ED announcements here, and you can apply for federal loans with Relay here. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

In order to enroll at Relay, you must be hired by one of our school partners in an instructional role that aligns with your Relay program. For example, if you are applying to enroll in the Relay Teaching Residency (click here for a description of the Residency), you must be hired into a role such as "teacher-in-residence."

All Prospective Students will have to initiate self-placement by independently searching and securing a job placement with one of the school district partners.  A list of school partners can be found on each state location page.

Have you secured a program-aligned instructional role at a school, district, or network that isn't currently a partner? Email [email protected] for details and check out our New Partner Process here.
