International: I earned a degree at an institution outside of the United States

The US Department of Education (ED) provided clarification about the temporary federal aid pause. The department confirmed that no grants or loans would be paused or delayed. At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. The spring term disbursement is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025. Applicants who have attended institutions outside of the United States are required to meet the following submission requirements in order to complete their application to Relay.

- All applicants who attended a higher-education institution outside of the United States must submit to Relay an official course-by-course evaluation of their international transcript.
- Some Relay locations require either an original official international transcript or an unofficial international transcript for their application. Some Relay locations only require course-by-course evaluations.
