At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. The spring term disbursement is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025. You can read the ED announcements here, and you can apply for federal loans with Relay here. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

If an institution has closed and you are in need of your transcripts there are a couple of things that you can do. We strongly advice that you search online for any websites associated with your institution. They will often have a link to a third party records keeping company or a phone number that you can call to request your transcript.

If you're still having difficulty, we suggest contacting your state's Department of Education.
