The US Department of Education (ED) provided clarification about the temporary federal aid pause. The department confirmed that no grants or loans would be paused or delayed. At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. The spring term disbursement is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025. You can read the ED announcements here, and you can apply for federal loans with Relay here. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

To apply, applicants are required to submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended (even where a degree was not earned).

Applicants must submit an official transcript that demonstrates that they have earned their bachelor’s degree in order to be admitted to Relay. This means the transcript must show that you have earned your bachelor's degree AND the date on which it was conferred.  Unofficial transcripts will not be accepted.

Contact your institution and see if some form of payment plan or agreement can be established so you can obtain your transcript.
