The US Department of Education (ED) provided clarification about the temporary federal aid pause. The department confirmed that no grants or loans would be paused or delayed. At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. The spring term disbursement is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025. Residents

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale from bachelor’s degree or higher institution - exceptions available on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Delaware Department of Education health clearance and criminal background check clearance

  • Subject-Specific Coursework and Demonstration of Content Knowledge - 24 credit hours or Praxis II exam by end of first year - see here
