Relay currently offers the following programs in Delaware:
Master of Arts in Teaching
Master of Arts in Teaching with or without Delaware Alternate Route to Certification (ARTC)

A 2-year, 32 credit, Master of Arts in Teaching program leading to eligibility for a Delaware Standard Certificate.

Relay Teaching Residency Pathway
- 
			
The residency pathway supports aspiring teachers, offering a supportive gradual on-ramp into the profession.
 - 
			
In the first year, students serve as teaching residents, completing a year-long apprenticeship alongside a lead teacher.
 - 
			
In the second year, students teach as a teacher of record (lead teacher) while holding an emergency certificate and/or certificate of eligibility.
 - 
			
Successful program completers with two years of service as a teacher of record and a teaching performance rating of at least satisfactory will be eligible to apply for the Delaware Standard Certificate.

Non-Resident Pathway
- 
			
This pathway is designed for students who will be a teacher of record (lead teacher) in the first year of enrollment in the M.A.T. program.
 - 
			
Students will serve as a teacher of record (lead teacher) under an Emergency Certificate and/or Certificate of Eligibility throughout their enrollment in the program. Successful program completers with two years of service as a teacher of record and a teaching performance rating of at least satisfactory will be eligible to apply for the Delaware Standard Certificate.

Students who are not seeking licensure may also enroll in the Master of Arts of Teaching through the resident or non-resident pathway as a degree-only student.
 
Master of Arts in Teaching in Special Education + Alternate Route to Certification (ARTC)

A 2-year, 39-credit, single or dual certificate program that leads to eligibility for the Delaware Standard Certificate in K-12 Special Education Teacher of Students with Disabilities and, if dual, ONE OF the endorsements listed below.
 - 
	
Both the Residency and Non-Residency pathways are available to Relay students.
 - 
	
Successful program completers with two years of service as a teacher of record and a teaching performance rating of at least satisfactory will be eligible to apply for the Delaware Standard Certificate.
 - 
	
If pursuing the single certificate program, applicants must already hold a Delaware Standard Certificate in a general subject.
 
Certification Only
Delaware Alternate Route to Certification (ARTC) Program
- 
	
A 3-term/18-credit non-degree program designed to prepare teacher candidates for licensure while serving as the teacher of record in a Delaware school.
 - 
	
Prospective students must have completed a bachelor's degree and meet admissions requirements (see above) for the Delaware Alternate Route to Certification (ARTC) Program.
 - 
	
Candidates will serve as the teacher of record on an Emergency Certificate while enrolled.
 - 
	
Successful program completers with two years of service as a teacher of record and a teaching performance rating of at least satisfactory will be eligible to apply for the Delaware Standard Certificate.
 
Advanced Certificate
Advanced Certificate in Special Education
- 
	
Relay offers an Advanced Certificate in Special Education program for certified educators who wish to expand their skill set to teach all learners.
 - 
	
A 4-term, 21-credit post-baccalaureate certificate program.
 - 
	
Applicants can pursue a program with or without certification.
 - 
	
Delaware educators holding a Standard Certificate may pursue an add-on certificate K-12 Special Education Teacher of Students with Disabilities through the Advanced Certificate in Special Education program.
