The US Department of Education (ED) provided clarification about the temporary federal aid pause. The department confirmed that no grants or loans would be paused or delayed. At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. The spring term disbursement is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025. Relay Graduate School of Education (Relay) is recognized as an approved, out-of-state educator preparation program in the state of Georgia. Eligible students at the Atlanta campus will be enrolled in a Colorado-based educator preparation program and complete qualifying clinical experiences in Georgia. After completion of the educator preparation program (4 terms), and meeting all Georgia testing and other licensure requirements, students can apply for a Georgia teaching certificate as an out-of-state program completer.
