What is the SCHOOL-BASED MENTOR SELECTION TOOLKIT? The school based mentor is an integral part of the Relay teacher preparation journey. The purpose of this toolkit is to provide schools, districts, and networks with the tools required to plan and implement a meaningful and effective school-based mentor - resident experience.
