The US Department of Education (ED) provided clarification about the temporary federal aid pause. The department confirmed that no grants or loans would be paused or delayed. At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. The spring term disbursement is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025. Availability of Employees for Information Dissemination Purposes Policy

[email protected] is the email address where students can reach out for nonacademic student support requests including, but not limited to, institutional information, financial assistance information, information on completion or graduation rates, and institutional security policies and crime statistics, as required by 34 CFR § 668.44. 

 

Please note, requests are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. In addition, Relay maintains a robust collection of information and resources for students, staff, and the public on the Support Center. This collection allows individuals to self-serve support when they need it. The Support Center is accessible via Relay’s website 24 hours a day, seven days per week. When signed in through Relay’s My Apps, students and staff have access to support articles that are not available to the public.
