Relay aims to ensure that all students are taught by outstanding educators. Our graduate coursework and clinical experiences are designed to support novice teachers to succeed in the classroom from day one and be prepared for a career in education. As a result of their Relay experience, teaching candidates will develop key knowledge, skills, and mindsets to help them thrive and persist as educators and maintain employment in one of the approximately 350,000 job openings projected for each of the next ten years:

Kindergarten and Elementary: 124,300 [2]

Middle School: 48,400[3]

High School: 77,400[4]

Special Education: 38,600[5]
