At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. You can apply for federal loans with Relay here. When do I start earning service hours, if I am enrolled?

The day you are officially enrolled is the day you start earning hours. This is called your member start date. When you open your Member Service Agreement through DocuSign to review and sign, you will see your member start date listed.

Remember: Relay keeps track of your hours with an internal hours tracker. If you are an enrolled Relay student, are fulfilling work requirements, and attending Relay classes until the end of the term, you are guaranteed to earn the full 1700 hours. If you know you are going to be out for a prolonged period of time, please contact [email protected], so we can work with you to ensure you are still on track!
