The US Department of Education (ED) provided clarification about the temporary federal aid pause. The department confirmed that no grants or loans would be paused or delayed. At this time, Relay’s Student Financial Services team continues to review all Direct loan and TEACH grant applications. The spring term disbursement is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025. What steps should I expect to complete at the end of the service term in order to be officially exited from the AmeriCorps program?

There are several steps you will need to complete in order to be officially exited. The AmeriCorps Team will send out communication outlining these steps and requested due dates. 

 

These action items include: 

 

  • Submitting student growth data to the Relay AmeriCorps Team
  • Completing an Exit Form in your My AmeriCorps portal
  • Signing an End of Year Evaluation in DocuSign
  • Completing a brief Relay Member Experience Survey 
  • Any other item required by your specific state (ex: a member survey)
