GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government Web site at https://www.benefits.va.gov/gibill.

Relay certifies veteran's enrollment in order for you to receive extra benefits. You can read more about the Post 9/11 GI Bill® here and FAQs here. If you believe you are eligible for this program, please be sure to first apply for your Certificate of Eligibility (COE). You will be required to upload proof of your COE before submitting this form. If you have any questions about the application and/or eligibility, please contact the Veterans Affairs Department at 1-888-442-4551.

IMPORTANT:  At this time, Relay can only certify matriculated students enrolled in the following programs:

  • Chicago Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)
  • Dallas-Ft. Worth Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)
  • Denver Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)
  • Houston Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)
  • Memphis Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)
  • Nashville Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)
  • New York Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)
  • New York Advanced Certification in Special Education (ACSPED)
  • San Antonio Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)

As Relay becomes approved in other states, we will notify students in those states via email and will update this support center article accordingly.

  • Eligible students' enrollment will be certified by the census date of each term
  • An enrolled student is defined as someone who has accepted their offer of admissions to taking Relay coursework
