Students are welcome to register for an automatic payment plan through Nelnet to cover their tuition charges each term. Payment plans become available to students once registration and billing charges have been added to their account for each active term. 

Important Information to Consider:

• Students will be charged a non-refundable enrollment fee of $45 per payment plan

  • This means, if you enroll in a Summer and Fall term payment plan, that is a total of $90 in enrollment fees, in addition to the outstanding balance the student will be covering during the payment plan.

• Students who enroll in a payment plan must add their current bank information as the payment plan will automatically deduct the installment payment amount on the date the student selects. 

  • If payment is not successful after two attempts, the plan will be terminated for the active term and will not be available for the rest of the term. 

  • If you are paying your installments with a credit or debit card, there will be a 2.85% transaction fee added. Payments made by bank account will not have a transaction fee added.

Instructions:

Please log into your Student portal:

• Click on Minerva (All incoming students will Click on the Nelnet tile and skip the next two steps) 

  • Click on Finance

  • Click the Pay Using Nelnet URL

• Verify your information if you have not done so already

• Under the active term, click Set up a Payment Plan and follow the instructions to enroll

Los estudiantes pueden registrarse para un acceso automático. plan de pago a través de Nelnet para cubrir sus cargos de matrícula cada trimestre. Los planes de pago estarán disponibles para los estudiantes una vez que los cargos de inscripción y facturación se hayan agregado a su cuenta para cada término activo.

Información importante a considerar:

• A los estudiantes se les cobrará una tarifa de inscripción no reembolsable de $45 por plan de pago.

  • Esto significa que, si se inscribe en un plan de pago de período de verano y otoño, es un total de $90 en tarifas de inscripción, además del saldo pendiente que el estudiante cubrirá durante el plan de pago.

• Los estudiantes que se inscriban en un plan de pago deben agregar su información bancaria actual ya que el plan de pago deducirá automáticamente el monto del pago a plazos en la fecha que el estudiante seleccione.

  • Si el pago no se realiza correctamente después de dos intentos, el plan se cancelará durante el plazo activo y no estará disponible durante el resto del plazo.

  • Si paga sus cuotas con una tarjeta de crédito o débito, se agrega una tarifa de transacción del 2,85%. A los pagos realizados mediante cuenta bancaria no se les agrega una tarifa de transacción.

Por favor inicia sesión en tu Portal estudiantil:

• Haga clic en Minerva 

  • (Todos los estudiantes entrantes harán clic en el mosaico de Nelnet y emitirán los siguientes dos pasos.)

  • Haga clic en Finanzas

  • Haga clic en el Pagar usando Nelnet URL

• Verifica tu información si aún no lo has hecho

• Debajo del término activo, haga clic en Configurar un plan de pago y sigue las instrucciones para inscribirte
