If you have outstanding certification requirements at Relay, you may have a Certification Hold placed on your account, and may be at risk of being administratively withdrawn from Relay; OR you may have been administratively withdrawn from Relay. In order to avoid further implications (e.g., not having the ability to enroll for future terms), you should take next steps in order to resolve your outstanding certification requirements.
Certification Hold
- Click on Anthology Portfolio and review your state-specific EPP handbook (linked in your Table of Contents) to view your outstanding certification requirements.
- Upload all outstanding requirements to your Table of Contents on Anthology Portfolio. Sign up for a certification appointment for your location specific certification requirements and additional certification support.
When are holds placed on student accounts?
- You will receive communication when holds are being added to your accounts.
