Student Financial Services: Pending Awards

Students at Relay expecting to receive a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award or a TFA Education Award at the end of each academic year may apply education awards toward tuition or other expenses. Students are expected to earn the full award amount at the end of the academic and AmeriCorps service year and may choose to pay for tuition retroactively upon the receipt of their awards, or by other means. The Segal AmeriCorps Education Award and the TFA Education Award may be actively applied by the student through the myAmeriCorps portal or a form provided by TFA, respectively; processing may take up to two to four weeks. 

 

Tuition balances are immediately due when a student ceases enrollment, even if the pending award is not earned.
