Students receive Nelnet billing notifications with payment instructions and due dates when charges are applied each term. Students are responsible for paying their tuition by the due date for each term or risk being placed on a Registration Hold. 

• Students at Relay participating in an AmeriCorps program through Relay or an external service program to earn a Segal AmeriCorps Award to help cover tuition costs will not have access to the award until the end of the academic year. 

• Students remain responsible for covering tuition costs during the academic year and external awards are not applied against charges. 

• Students who earn an education award at the end of the academic year are eligible to use the earned funds to reimburse themselves for costs paid out-of-pocket or towards any other educational expense. 

First year students will receive a Nelnet notification regarding their Summer term tuition bills during the Summer term with a Fall term due date. Fall term tuition bills will be sent at the end of the Summer term, after the registration period. Fall term bills will have a Fall term due date. The billing notification will provide instructions on how to view your Nelnet account and financial options to explore.

Los estudiantes reciben notificaciones de facturación de Nelnet con instrucciones de pago y fechas de vencimiento cuando se aplican los cargos cada trimestre.Los estudiantes son responsables de pagar su matrícula antes de la fecha de vencimiento de cada período o corren el riesgo de ser colocados en una Retención de registro.

• Los estudiantes de Relay que participan en un programa de AmeriCorps a través de Relay o un programa de servicio externo para obtener un premio Segal AmeriCorps para ayudar a cubrir los costos de matrícula.no tendrá acceso al premio hasta el final del año académico.

• Los estudiantes siguen siendo responsables de cubrir los costos de matrícula durante el año académico y los premios externos no se aplican a cargos.

• Los estudiantes que obtienen un premio educativo al final del año académico son elegibles para usar los fondos obtenidos para reembolsar los costos pagados de su bolsillo o para cualquier otro gasto educativo.

Los estudiantes de primer año recibirán una notificación de Nelnet sobre sus facturas de matrícula del período de verano durante el período de verano con fecha de vencimiento del período de otoño. Las facturas de matrícula del semestre de otoño se enviarán al final del semestre de verano, después del período de inscripción. Las facturas del período de otoño tendrán una fecha de vencimiento del período de otoño.
