Students are welcome to change or cancel their payment plans by logging into their Nelnet account and making the necessary changes. 

Steps to change a payment date

Begin by clicking View Details on the home page. Next, select Change Payment Date by the due date to be adjusted. Only one payment date may be changed at a time.

Steps to Cancel your Payment Plan

Select Cancel Payment Plan from the Actions drop-down list on the home page. 

 Click Cancel Payment Plan to complete the change.

Los estudiantes pueden cambiar o cancelar sus planes de pago iniciando sesión en su cuenta de Nelnet y haciendo los cambios necesarios. 

Pasos para cambiar una fecha de pago

Comience haciendo clic en Ver detalles en la página de inicio. A continuación, seleccione Cambiar Fecha de pago antes de la fecha de vencimiento a ajustar. Solo se puede cambiar una fecha de pago a la vez.
